A coordinated and consistent message is necessary to develop and maintain the proper perception of ECU and support its strategic objectives. Creative Services provides overall support for the university through graphic design, web services, video production, and editorial. We will work with you to develop a marketing strategy and materials that support your needs that are also coordinated with the overall university commitments. If your division, college, school, department, or office is in need of promotional planning or materials, use the links below to contact Creative Services.

Creative Services has moved to the inMotion request system. The inMotion request system is NOT linked to the single sign-on system at ECU but we ask that you register as a new user with your ECU credentials. Once you register you will receive an email to confirm your account. After doing so you will be able to use the inMotion system to submit requests to Creative Services.

Please follow the self-register link to set up your new account using your ECU credentials.

The submission form is very similar to what you have been using, with a bonus proofing feature that we feel you will be excited to use.

New with inMotion

  1. If you are not sure what type of materials would be needed to communicate your message, please schedule a consult BEFORE filling out a request ticket by calling 328-6037 or email

  2. If you need web edits to existing pages please submit a ticket through the ITCS Web Hosting Support request.

  3. Please use the WordPress Official Website Creation (Department/Office) form to request a WordPress site be created in order to start the migration process, or if you would like to request a new official department, office, or academic center website.

  4. Please keep in mind that most requests require at least a six week turn around time to complete a design. An additional two weeks is recommended for printing as well as an added week for mailing. If you're putting in a ticket request that is a RUSH and requires a quick turn around time, please call Creative Services as soon as you can to discuss the details and how we work to accommodate the short timeline.

  5. If a ticket is incomplete it will be returned to the requestor with instructions on what is needed before it can be added into our design process.

  6. Requests for the same design and content that may be sized differently for use on various pieces (poster, flyer, banner, LCD/social media image, Google Ad, newspaper ad, etc.) can be submitted as ONE ticket. Requests that have different distribution dates and/or included variations in content and types of materials (brochures, booklets, table top displays, mailers, giveaways, day of event signage) would still need to be submitted as separate tickets.
